The Nwamaka Scholarship Fund

The Nwamaka Scholarship Fund

Empowering Nigerian Talent Through Digital Skills & Mentorship

About the Fund

The Nwamaka Scholarship Fund supports individuals at various stages of life in developing digital skills to advance their careers and communities. Rooted in a belief that talent is evenly distributed but opportunity is not, we fund and mentor those of Nigerian descent—both at home and abroad—who are committed to upskilling and giving back.

My Why

My own journey from a Computer Science graduate to a career pivot was shaped by the transformative power of learning and mentorship. This fund is named after my mother, Nwamaka, whose resilience and belief in education laid the foundation for everything I’ve achieved. This initiative is a way of honoring her legacy and paying it forward to others striving to become the builders, thinkers, and changemakers of tomorrow.
